These days, you will find her travelling the world as an advocate for mindful drinking, cocktail creator, keynote speaker, creative consultant, yoga & meditation teacher and wellness supporter empowering people to live a healthy & balanced lifestyle.

About the Session
Cami will provide a safe space for you clear your mind of any troubling negative thoughts; allowing you to relax into the gentle smooth flowing stretches.

Amber Blood
Awarded Emerging Bartender of the Year 2019 at 21, Amber is unmistakably a chief at her craft. Her passion for education and creativity means that you'll walk away with an arsenal of concoction-making skills.

About the Session
Amber and Cami will teach you how to make beautiful non-alcoholic cocktails perfect for date night or a relaxing night in. Their recipes are bursting with health benefits, and encourage the individual to find mindfulness through craft, and calm through attending to the self.

Sylvia Gilgeous is a registered mental health nurse, who works closely with mental health patients. She has over 10 years of experience in various countries and working environments.

Sylvia will answer any questions you might have on mental health. She can offer advice and solutions to any enquiries to the best of her professional knowledge.

Kirk Haworth
Kirk is a professional chef, leading the kitchen with unparalleled passion, inspired by his health journey and 16 years perfecting his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. He has carved out his unique style of plant-based cookery and can be found as his Plates London food studio alongside his Co-Founder and sister Keeley.
